Delivery Time

95% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. Delivery times in Bulgaria are the same as standard Econt delivery times.

Shipment Tracking

We do everything possible to ensure you receive your shipment as quickly as possible. To track your shipment, simply visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number we have sent you by email. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours of shipment at the latest.

Shipping Methods

  • Click & Collect from the store

Your order will be ready for pickup at our physical store in Sofia.

Orders are available for pickup after you receive an email notification that they are ready. Please provide your order number upon arrival. Orders are held at our physical store for 3 days. You can pay for your order in cash or by card upon pickup.

  • International Delivery: We ship outside of Bulgaria via Bulgarian Post or Speedy (for Central Europe).

Shipping Rates

Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items and follow Econt’s standard price list.

Return Policy

If an order is not collected from the courier within 7 days, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
