The funny name of this wooden bow tie came about quite by accident and is a combination of the name of the shape (seashell) and the natural look of the wood. That’s why we decided to add a proper description, which is the following:
Wash 1.5 – 2 kg of mussels well and discard the open ones. Place them in an empty saucepan and pour over 1 tsp. of white wine. Add 4-5 cloves of garlic and a generous sprig of thyme. Close the lid. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes and don’t forget to stir. When the mussels open, they are ready. Discard the closed ones.
Finally, put on the bow tie, garnish it with a smile and invite your guests to the table. The success of the recipe is guaranteed!
Enjoy!
