We monitor and control the path of the fish – from the ship and the catch area to your table. Here’s how we guarantee its superior quality:

– We know everything about the fish we buy: the area and method of catch, the specific vessels

– We work with captains who adhere to high standards and strict procedures for catching and processing the ship to ensure quality and freshness are maintained

– The fish is caught about 7 miles from the coast, and the time from the moment of catch to unloading and transportation is reduced to a few hours

Storage and consumption
-Store until opened in a cool, dry place
-After opening, keep refrigerated (0-4 degrees)
-After opening, consume within 48 hours
-For direct consumption.
