Why choose a clean food box?

We lightly blanch a clean fillet of wild bonito, just long enough to preserve its fresh flavor and the juiciness of the meat. We prepare it in three different versions for every taste: with certified organic extra virgin olive oil – from a boutique family farm on the island of Crete; A spicy version with Birdseye pepper and a clean version only in its own sauce (water and salt). We seal it with an innovative packaging with a transparent lid – because we have something to brag about. This is how we managed to collect in each can an impressive 20% natural protein, suitable for a healthy diet.
